Family Weekend Observatory Night

Join us for a star-studded night at the Texas State Observatory! Attendants from the Astronomy Club will be taking telescopes out for viewing, giving sky tours, or for asking any questions about the night-sky. The Observatory is located on the roof of the Supple Science Building, entrance will be on the 4th floor, there will be signs in the halls pointing toward the entrance. Please be aware that the Astronomy Club may cancel an observatory night event if deemed necessary due to weather concerns. If the skies are not clear, cloudgazing at night is not as fun and telescopes for viewing will not be possible. Visitor parking can be found in the LBJ Student Center Garage.
